Hello, I'm Tracy Woods an EFT practitioner. My mission is to help you get more out of your life by releasing your blocks to help you create profound improvements to your life. The EFT technique can be used to improve relationships, better health, manage weight, wealth and success ultimately bringing you joy and contentment in yourself.
EFT has helped many people find relief from emotional discomfort, pain and disease and is a magnificent tool to help sculpt the life you want. You may use it to create the success you deserve in either your personal or business life so for example it could be you are looking for success in a relationship, or success in increasing the number of clients you have or an increase in turnover.
It is a great tool to break down barriers and diminish the blocks that you planted that stop you acheiving your goals and desires. When we break down the blocks we are able to move forward in life and are free to create something magical for ourselves.

EFT works by bringing the body's energy back into balance. Its not always plain sailing as we go through life, some knocks we take can be burried in our subconcious and often can sabotage our success and desires. Our subconcious works to protect us and keep us from harm, it does such a good job sometimes it stops us from moving forward at all. The good news is eft is a non invasive therapy that can balance us and teach our subconcious what is safe.
